    I only used the cooler once, but I really like it. Keep things cold. Thanks for giving us many free ice bags and cold packs. The best two things: size. It is very suitable for our little campers, there is enough space for a bottles of drinks and some items that can’t fit in the refrigerator. 2:Locking handle. Great! For girls, it is easier to pick up and move the cooler. Can’t wait to use this cooler all the time. highly recommended.

    So far so good. We’ve only used it three times for camping. Once two nights three full days and only needed one bag of ice. The other two trips were just overnights two full days and two buckets of ice from our freezer worked fine. Works great, no complaints.

    Tough, attractive cooler. 28 qt is about as big as you want to hold thins you need. Handle is sturdy. Went camping on Saturday (Florida), it’s Monday now and there’s still cold beers in there. Such an attractive Ice cooler chest. Only thing that is i have to put some ice bags to keep it cooler for long time. However, I can’t afford the electronic one. Thanls for the ice packs though.

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as you can. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.

Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers and damaged products through customer mishandling.

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

REFUNDS

Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.

REPLACEMENTS / EXCHANGES

We make every attempt to provide you with a replacement product that is the same as the item purchased. However,Hiyaalifestyle reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product that is a product of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of the like kind (depending on availability). In the event we cannot provide you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure you agree with the replacement product. Customers are fully responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchanges, as well as the difference in cost of the products.

CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS

In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or amended.

Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for a refund (please see the ”Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
